Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of photography services provided by Uzuri Photography (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading under INSPIR.CO PROPRIETARY LIMITED (ABN 50 671 650 392). By booking or attending a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Client: the person(s) or entity booking and attending a photography session.

  • Services: all photography, videography, editing, and related deliverables provided by Uzuri Photography.

  • Booking: confirmation of Services by payment of a deposit.

  • Deliverables: final edited images, videos or other media provided to the Client.

3. Booking & Payment

  1. Deposit: A non‑refundable deposit of AUD 350 is required to secure any session date.

  2. Balance: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session date.

  3. Late Payment: Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your Booking and forfeiture of deposit.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  1. Rescheduling by Client: You may reschedule your session once at no additional fee if you notify us at least 14 days prior. Less than 14 days’ notice incurs a 50% session fee.

  2. Cancellation by Client: Cancelling less than 14 days’ before the session forfeits your deposit in full.

  3. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event we must cancel (e.g. illness), we will offer an alternative date or full refund of deposit.

5. Session Conduct & Client Responsibilities

  1. Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Delays may reduce shoot time and/or incur extra fees.

  2. Wardrobe & Props: Bring agreed outfits and props. Additional styling services incur extra fees.

  3. Health & Safety: You confirm all participants are fit for a standard photography session. Inform us of any conditions requiring special accommodation.

6. Deliverables & Turnaround

  1. Preview Gallery: A sneak‑peek gallery will be available within 3 business days.

  2. Final Deliverables: Edited images/videos delivered within 2–4 weeks of session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  3. Revisions: Up to two rounds of minor edits (colour tweaks, minor retouching) are included. Substantial alterations incur additional fees.

7. Usage Rights & Licensing

  1. Client License: Upon full payment, Clients receive a perpetual, non‑exclusive licence to use Deliverables for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes (excluding resale).

  2. Copyright: All copyright remains with Uzuri Photography.

  3. Credit: We appreciate photo credit (“Photo: Uzuri Photography”) when Deliverables are published.

8. Testimonials & Social Media

We may request permission to feature your images in our portfolio, website or social media. You may withhold consent without affecting your session.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Liability Cap: Our liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.

  2. No Consequential Loss: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost profits).

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to our collection, use and storage of your data.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in NSW courts.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
